Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is a Japanese anime series that was first broadcasted in 2017. Thus far, twenty episodes of this entertaining show have aired, but there are three reported fillers within those.

As Kobayashi prepares for work, he is greeted by a large dragon outside her front door. The creature immediately transforms into an elegant maid and introduces herself as Tohru. It turns out, during one drunken excursion in the mountains, he had come across this otherworldly being who claimed to hail from some foreign realm far away!

Subsequently, after removing his holy sword, which was embedded in hers (earned through gratitude), they formed an unlikely partnership that will surely help them both now at their jobs.
