The popular anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh! was released in 1998 with twenty-seven episodes coupled with eight reported fillers.
At the beginning of show, Yugi Mutou is a timid young boy who loves playing games with friends. He’s often bullied around but one day he solves an ancient puzzle known as “The Millennium Puzzle.” After that, whenever people threaten him or one of his other close buddies-the mystery gambler spirit will show up to play dangerous Shadow Games that reveal someone’s true nature.
The punishments are imposed on the losers.
